Jappi Jalapeño is a a restaurant and retail store in Ramah, New Mexico, home to the dream of Will Stripp, lawyer, beekeeper and maker of Jappi Jalapeños, sweet hot handcrafted jalapeño slices steamed in a syrup of cane sugar and secret spices - a recipe he created with his wife, Pam Davis.

It’s a place where you arrive, right off Highway 53, walk into adobe charm, and find Jappi Jalapeño all dressed up, waiting to dance with you through life.
